Afton Rayfield

Afton serves as our Field Coordinator within our Property Management team, serving property owners and renters throughout Upstate South Carolina. With an extensive background in property management and hands-on experience in field operations, she brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to care for rental properties and the people who call them home. From visiting rental homes to addressing maintenance concerns, Afton serves as the boots on the ground, ensuring properties are well maintained and renters feel supported. Her attention to detail and commitment to constantly improving her work help her stay on top of the little things that make a big difference. A natural people person, Afton especially enjoys meeting clients face to face and building genuine relationships. With her approachable personality and hands-on experience, she strives to make every interaction a positive one.
